Investment will accelerate the rollout of mobile-first smart maps that make campuses and complexes easier to navigate.

MORGANTOWN, WV (August 4, 2025): get2there, the creator of intuitive, no-app digital maps for campuses, venues, and complex properties, today announced that it has closed its initial seed round led by M&S Ventures with participation from the West Virginia High Technology Foundation.

get2there turns existing floor plans and site layouts into interactive, clickable maps that can be accessed via QR code or direct link—no app downloads or IT heavy-lifting required. Facility managers and guest-experience teams can launch quickly and give every visitor a clear path from parking lot to final destination whether building to building or indoors to specific room locations and events.

“Wayfinding shouldn’t be complicated or expensive, yet many organizations still rely on paper maps or static PDFs,” said Terran Quinlan, CEO of get2there. “This investment allows us to speed up product development, grow our customer success team, and bring a smart, mobile-friendly map experience to more facilities that want to reduce overhead and improve guest confidence.”

The new capital will be used to:

  • Hire developers and UX designers to expand key features, including indoor-outdoor routing, intuitive searches and analytics.
  • Scale business development and partnerships in key industries such as healthcare, higher education, convention centers, hotel resorts, and multi-use property complexes.

“M&S Ventures invests in and spins out scalable technologies with a blend of deep domain expertise and customer empathy positioning them for rapid growth,” said Ashok Aggarwal, Managing Partner at M&S Ventures. “In a world where first impressions matter, get2there offers a practical solution that immediately improves the visitor experience for any organization’s facility.”
