Why does Get2There exist?
Saratoga is a wonderful place to visit and a wonderful place to live. Expanding the use of public transportation and other non-one-person-per-car transportation will make it even better. Get2There was created to make it a little easier to get around in Saratoga without driving a car. To start we are featuring the new CDTA bus routes. Bicycle routes and other options will be added soon.

Map Navigation:
You can pan the map (move the center point) by clicking and dragging with the mouse. You know you are "panning" when the hand cursor becomes a clenched fist. Zoom in and out using the zoom level control in the lower right corner of the map. Click the plus sign button to zoom in (a closer more detailed view) or the minus button to zoom out (a further out view with less detail but more coverage).

Turn bus routes off to see more detail:
Each bus route is shown as a separate line on the map. Each route has a distinct color, and for a detailed view you can turn off routes you are not interested in. Use the Map Layers links in the right panel to turn routes on or off.

Seeing the Schedule for a Stop:
Each main bus stop (there are many others) is displayed as a number point on the map. To find out when the bus will be at that point find the stop closest to the place you want to board the bus and click that point. This displays the schedule for that stop.

Remember, the Saratoga CDTA bus routes are all "out-and-back" style routes. So be sure to pay attention to the direction of travel for the time you want to get on the bus.
